Treatment.

Hirschsprung's disease (congenital megacolon) is widely known as a disease of neonatal to childhood. Presentation in adulthood doesoccur but is rare. To date only 49 cases have been reported in the literature. We presented an additional case of adult Hirschsprung'sdisease (HD) to enrich the literature and to create an awareness of its existence in adults presenting with chronic constipation fromchildhood.Saudi MedBase CD-ROM contains all medical literature published in all medical journals in the Kingdom of SaudiArabia.
